Registration Notes

Your registration will only be confirmed upon receiving your payment. An official receipt will be sent to you within 10 working days After receipt pf your payment. The organizing committee regrets that registration received after 7 August 2015 might only receive the course file and certificate after the course.

Cancellation Policy

Request for cancellation/replacement must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat, latest by 15 July 2015. The organising committee regrets that requests received after this date will not be entertained. Please take note that refunds (less 25% for administrative charges) will be issued after the event.
